Mainteck's Site Operations team is structured to ensure the necessary balance of resources, skills, training and experience to deliver any given project. Project consultants offering specialist skills such as high-performance welding are used as required.
Project Engineers provide the high-quality engineering support that allows Mainteck to plan, manage and deliver projects.
Construction operation is supervised by long-term employees who have the collective experience necessary to handle any engineering situation.
Mainteck's Workshop teams work closely with the Operations team to ensure a seamless project management service.

HISTORY - More than 30 years in the business
Mainteck Pty Ltd commenced operations in 2002 following the merger of LJC Pty Ltd and DiPietro Engineering, both of which has well-established reputations in the Illawarra region; LJC for its engineering construction expertise and DiPetro for its heavy engineering capabilities.
Combining the strength of these two companies, Mainteck has since then completed many large-scale projects and became entrenched as the approved contractor for a number of key clients, notably in the steelmaking and cement industries.
OWNERSHIP - Privately owned and expertly run
Mainteck Pty Ltd is a privately owned company with the owners and management directly represented on the company's board with an active input into it's activities.
Owners include former managers of LJC Pty Ltd who offer significant construction expertise and the Allied Group which provides us with access to a wide range of networks and expertise which compliment our construction capability.
