SITE CONSRUCTION - Experience in highly complex construction projects
Mainteck's site construction service handles projects ranging from relatively small, short-duration capital works to large-scale integrated supply, manufacture and installation contracts.
With 60 full-time employees and ready access to specialised contractors, we can work whether as a stand-alone supplier or in partnership with OEMs/ Mainteck has the flexibility and experience to meet the most complex site construction requirements, and offers special expertise in pressure pipe work, specialised welding and plant shutdown work.
DEMOLITION - A fully certified demolition service
Mainteck is certified to offer demolition services at an unrestricted level, and has completed several large demolition projects in recent years.
Our demolition specialists work to detailed management and control systems to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, and Mainteck's own high safety standards.
FABRICATION - Dedicated, fully equipped fabrication workshop
Located in Port Kembla, Mainteck's 2500 sqm fabrication centre supports site construction activity.
Full-time workforce is 20 and the centre is fitted with two overhead cranes (25-tonne and 10 tonne) and six 1-tonne wall cranes. Our fabrication team works in close co-ordination with Mainteck's machining workshop to ensure a high level of quality control in mechanical and structural manufacturing.
